I go to bed at 9 PM and wake up at 5 AM. Compared to my past, I have a normal life.
I came back with my family from Japan two weeks ago and I still have jet lag. The time difference between the U.S. and Japan is 13 hours. In Japan, my parents went to bed at 8 PM and woke up at 4:30 AM (sunrise time). While we were living together, we adjusted to their daily routine.
Soon after we came back to the U.S., I was getting sleepy after 6 PM and woke up around 2 AM. Only I was affected by the time difference, but my husband and kids were totally fine.
Since I was in my 20s, I have had sleeping disorders. Before, I slept only 4–5 hours per day. I was definitely a short sleeper.
Currently, I sleep very well and am quite healthy.

I am happy every day because I can sleep.
