I wrote about myself before. I have had sleeping disorders since I was young.
I had sleeping disorders for the first time when I lost my grandpa. At that time, I was in the U.S. and returned to Japan immediately after I received an emergency phone call from my dad.
After I had a long flight, dealt with jet lag, slept in his hospital room, and made a final decision to say goodbye to him, I was exhausted and needed rest.
For 2 months, I stayed with my parents and came back to the U.S. I had an important exam and had to pass it.
Even today, sometimes I have symptoms. I am fine so far.
I think I am a mentally strong woman. In my opinion, being mentally strong means being patient. I have endured pain and given birth 4 times (I chose natural birth).
Labor pains were temporary (in my case, over 10 hours each time), but parenting is a hard and lifelong job.
So, I am stressed. In my current life, it is impossible to live without any stress, but I can reduce my stress in several ways.
For example,
- Eat delicious foods
- Stay with my cats
- Meditate and Exercise
- Watch my favorite MV (music video) and Listen to the music
- Blogging and Chatting with my friends
- Gardening and Cutting tree branches (Florida is very hot now. I am waiting until the temperature to cool down.)
Recently, I made bread. I am bad at cooking (I hesitated to share my photo) …😅

I added flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt and organic butter (I didn’t add preservatives). The taste was acceptable.
Challenging something new is also a good way to relieve stress.
