I don’t know if this person is a man or woman. Most likely a man…

The Buddha said…
“Give, even if you only have a little.”
“May all beings have happy minds.”
“What we think, we become.”
“It is easy to see the faults of others, but difficult to see one’s own faults. One shows the faults of others like chaff winnowed in the wind, but one conceals one’s own faults as a cunning gambler conceals his dice.”
“One moment can change a day, one day can change a life, and one life can change the world.”
“The way to happiness is: keep your heart free from hate, your mind from worry. Live simply, give much. Fill your life with love. Do as you would be done by.”
“Health is the greatest gift, contentment is the greatest wealth.”
“Words have the power to both destroy and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world.”

My grandfather passed away 15 years ago. He taught me that the most important things in life are clothing, food, and housing.
Also, he taught me, “Never give up.”
He was a fighter pilot in his late teens and became a firefighter in his early 20s. He didn’t have a college degree, but he was promoted to fire chief at 28 and retired at 58.

To me, he was a kind person…
Later, my mom said that he was a strict person…
