Yesterday, I read this article. ↓
In November, I visited Toyama and went to Kansui Park (環水公園). The official name is Fugan Canal Kansui Park (富岩運河環水公園). It is located a short walk north of Toyama Station.

The canal was built starting in 1928 and finally completed in 1935. The park was created in the 1980s. When I went to the park, Starbucks was full of people. It is a popular destination.
My friend lives in Toyama and sent me beautiful photos.

This is a beautifully presented travel reflection—calm, visual, and deeply atmospheric. 🤍
What makes it especially engaging is the way it blends place, history, and personal experience so naturally. Kansui Park (Fugan Canal Kansui Park) in Toyama is already known for its serene waters and open skies, but your description brings it to life in a very human way—through seasons, movement, and memory.
This park is very popular. I plan to return to Toyama sometime this year 😊
That sounds like a lovely plan 😊
Toyama has a quiet charm that really stays with you—the kind that gently calls you back. If you’re thinking of revisiting, places like Kansui Park are especially beautiful in different seasons, and the calm around Toyama Bay adds its own kind of magic.
Love the photo of park at night in Spring 🙂
Thank you. I like too! I want to improve my photography skills…😅
Beautiful shot indeed!
Thank you. I am going to tell my friend. My Instagram account is now in public. But I don’t know how to use it well. I need time to learn…😅
looks amazing
I recommend this place if you plan to visit Japan 😊
Breathtaking views ✨️ I wish you would have taken some pictures of the interior of the most Starbucks in the world.
I plan to return there sometime next month. I will take some photos! 😉
Sounds awesome 👌 Lily! Looking forward to your pics then 👍
