I don’t have my favorite time of day, but I like waking up after a good sleep. If you have insomnia, you may understand that feeling. My mental health is fine. It’s just that sometimes I can’t sleep. To treat insomnia without medication,
- Consistent with a bedtime and wakeup schedule
- Meditation
- Regular physical activity
- Listen to calming and relaxing music
- Use pillow mist spray
- Hang blackout curtains
- Play with pets
- Interact with nature
The hardest thing is avoiding caffeine. I love coffee and tea.
