Many People Use OK & Hello…

What is a word you feel that too many people use?

I think the most common word is OK. In Japanese, it means, I am fine, I agree, and no problem. Spanish speakers also often use it. In English, there are positive and negative meanings.

A long time ago, my American friends said that OK has variations (abbreviations).

  • OK!
  • O-kay
  • Okay
  • OK?
  • Okey-dokey
  • K

The other common word is hello. Today, many people use it as a greeting.

The word originally comes from Old High German. According to internet sources, people used ahoy (-hoy) before hello became more common.

Wow…sounds funny to me. Can you imagine when you pick up the phone?

By the way, Japanese people say Moshi Moshi.

I posted this blog before. The word I is one of the most commonly used words in writing.😊

One word that describes me is “I”😅
