Green tea🍵

If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?

I want to open my café in Florida, but several things are questionable.

  • Food costs will be higher for importing, so menu prices will be higher.

Question → How much can customers pay for a cup of green tea?

  • Competition is low, but I don’t know how many Americans know about Asian sweets and drinks.

Question → How many Asians and Japanese people live here?

  • Working seven days a week, I have no time to go back to my country.

Question → My parents are getting older. How can I manage while I am in Japan?

Sometimes I go to a Korean café near my home. For the first few years, there was only one location, but now there are six locations, including one in Latin America. Why did the business become successful?

I just guess. One reason is K-pop. Nowadays, many young people are interested in K-pop idols. In the café, K-pop music is always playing. The other reason is location. The first location was open near a college, and the manager was also a college student (I think she was a daughter or relative of the owner) then.

A long time ago, my dad owned a restaurant in Japan. So, I am somewhat interested in the food business (and real estate).

I am saving money for the future. 🫖🍵🧋
