On Wednesday, I had dinner in an Indian restaurant. I like biryani. I requested mild spicy.

I read about the history of biryani. The origin is Persia. According to the article, biryani has local and regional variations. I don’t know where the restaurant chefs came from. I know for sure that they are from India.
I am following several bloggers from India. North and South India are different, right?
And the hot tea was perfect. I ordered masala chai.
While eating, I watched Indian MVs and dramas.
Someday, I want to eat biryani in India.

Wow .. I’m so glad you went to an Indian restaurant and tasted the biryani there. I’ll definitely treat you to biryani whenever you come to India.
Yes, this time I had biryani, but I ate chicken masala before (I usually don’t eat meats, so my husband ate the chicken…). It was also good. I like Indian foods. I will let you know when I visit India. Thank you! 😊
I’m glad to hear you don’t eat meat. And whenever you get a chance to visit India, always remember that your Indian friend will always be there to help you.
Yes! Thank you as always!😊
Welcome dear Lili .🙏🙏
I think Biryani and masala chai are a pair. I liked what you said about going to the restaurant. The history of Biryani is really interesting. There are many different kinds of Biryani, from different parts of the country.
Indian food has a lot of variety. You can always find something new to try.
I have had trouble figuring out how much to tip at a restaurant. It can be confusing if you do not know how much to give.
I found this website that can help with that. It is called TipCalculatr. You can use it to calculate the tip at a restaurant.
