How often do you walk or run?

I don’t often walk and run. I don’t like exercise, so I manage my weight with healthy eating. My daily goal is to walk 3000 steps. I know I should walk more.

When I return to Japan, I walk over 7,000 steps every day. Whether driving a car makes a big difference.

I am just lazy. 😅

What a refreshingly honest and relatable post! 🚶‍♀️✨
I love how you’ve shared your approach to balance — healthy eating, a simple step goal, and awareness of how lifestyle differences (like driving vs. walking in Japan) affect your activity. Your candidness, sprinkled with humor, makes it so easy to connect with your story. Even small efforts, like your 3,000 steps, are meaningful, and the way you notice and reflect on these habits shows a gentle mindfulness about health and life.

Modern life makes people lazy. I know it is like excuses, but I really think so…😅
