When I was a college student in Japan, I always bought items in new condition. I wasn’t a rich student, but I had a part-time job.
When I was 19, I bought a used car. I had expenses for my car maintenance, gas, and travel. I was interested in fashion, but I often shared fashion items with my friends. I saved most of the money for studying abroad in the future.
After moving to the US, I preferred buying used items. College textbooks were expensive, so I sold them after each semester ended. I bought clothes at discount stores.
Last month, I visited secondhand stores in Japan. 2nd STREET was founded in 1996, and their first US store opened in 2018.
All items are in good condition.

Komehyo began as a secondhand clothing store in 1947. The head office is located in my hometown, Nagoya.
