The time difference between Florida and Japan is 13 hours. I returned to Florida last week, so I am sleepy in the daytime now. I want to know how international flight pilots and flight attendants overcome jet lag.
I am a night person. According to recent studies, sleeping 7 to 9 hours a night is linked to sharper cognitive performance.
But our brains change with age. I think sleep quality is more important than sleep quantity. I usually sleep less than 7 hours. If I sleep 4 to 5 hours a day, I am fine.
I had insomnia in my 20s and 30s. I still have symptoms when I push myself too hard.
I live optimistically. 😅
