One day before I left Tokyo, I visited the shrine. It was located within walking distance from my hotel.
I am not from Tokyo, so I read the history of Anamori Inari Shrine.
The shrine was originally founded in the late Edo period to protect the fields and homes in the Haneda Airport area. Other articles explained that the shrine was founded in the Bunka-Bunsei period (1804-1830). The Edo period spanned over 250 years, and the Bunka-Bunsei period was during the Edo period and was a cultural high point.
After World War II, the shrine was moved to the current location (near the station). It was dedicated to Toyouke-hime (the same major deity of Ise Shrine), a deity associated with food and success.
