Father’s Day

Did you have a good time yesterday?

I sent gifts to my dad. He likes rice crackers. I used to call, but he can’t answer the phone now. Last time, I wrote that I have not been good at memorizing since I was young. My dad has dementia. Probably genetic? I don’t know. He doesn’t remember what he did and where he went.

Between 2017 and 2018, I was very busy and had insomnia. My condition was serious. I couldn’t sleep at all. I started feeling sick and rested. I didn’t want to go to the hospital (my grandma took sleeping pills, so I know what they look like). I had memory loss and lack of attention. I forgot what I did just a few minutes ago and where to go while driving. At that moment, I realized that I reached my limit.

I am fine so far. My dad has memory loss, but he eats a lot every day. In August, he will be 82 years old. I hope he lives longer.

      ありがとうございます🙏どうやら日本からフロリダに戻った後が、いつも調子が悪くなるようです…無理は禁物。マイペースに生きてます😊
