What’s the most fun way to exercise?

I don’t like exercising… To maintain a healthy weight, I have managed calorie intake. I have been a pesco-vegetarian for over 10 years.

The history of Japanese cuisine is interesting.

Once upon a time, Japanese people were hunters. In the Yayoi period (300 BC to 300 AD), they cultivated rice and developed basic food preservation techniques. In the Nara period (710 to 794), Buddhism introduced dietary restrictions, including vegetarianism. In the Edo period (1603 to 1868), a new food culture was well-known, such as sushi and udon noodle soup. After the Meiji period (1868 to 1912), Western-style foods became popular, such as omurice and curry.

I wrote about Japanese food culture (Japanese). ↓

Over 10 years ago, I wanted to be a vegetarian, but my dad is a former sushi chef.

  • What is Shojin Ryori (精進料理)?

Shojin ryori is made without meat or fish. Buddhist monks used to eat it. Ingredients are vegetables and soybeans.

I try to cook simple and healthy food. Of course, I walk and play with cats every day, but those activities are not exercises.

My height is 156 cm (5.1), and my current weight is 56-57kg (123-125lb). 🙂
