➀ Sushi

Of course, sushi is the best. My dad was a sushi chef.
➁ Arroz Moro (Cuban Black Beans and Rice)

My husband and his parents moved to America in the 1990s.
Every year, we eat the traditional family meals on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
Cubans like pork, but my husband likes fish more. I usually don’t eat meat, so I eat Arroz Moro, Yuca, and salads.
➂ Omurice (Japanese Omelette Rice)

I am not good at cooking, but I can make Omurice. 😅

Yummy it looks
Which one looks yummy the most?😄😄😄
Last one 😆
💯👍🙏😄
I remember having the Ropa Vieja in a Cuban called Cubana here in London. It was a delight but can’t vouch for its authenticity as the flavours maybe toned for the local palate.
Omirice has shot to fame in the recent past, hasn’t it?
I know Ropa Vieja (shredded beef dish). My mother in law likes it.
There are many Cuban restaurants managed by Cubans in South Florida. Like you say, most restaurants are fusion and not authentic. People in Cuba don’t eat French fries, but here, yes.🍟😅
Omurice is a popular dish in Japan. 🥚🍴
