I think that respect for other people and effective communication are important in any jobs and workplaces. It is obvious that there are different leadership skills required in the different jobs and workplaces.
どんな仕事や職場においても、他の人へ対するリスペクトや効果的なコミュニケーションは重要だと思います。当然、仕事や職場によって、求められるリーダーシップスキルは異なってきます。
For example, I am an educator now. To teach other people, I have to be patient, open-minded, creative, and a great motivator.
