What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

At least once a day, I say “thank you.”

Saying thank you is difficult for some people. I know. I used to be an egoistic person. Getting older, I feel more appreciative of others. I think appreciation is not only for people but also for things.

一日一回は、「ありがとう」と言うようにしている。「ありがとう」って言うのが難しい人もいる。私も昔は自己中心的な人間だったから分かるけど。年を重ねるにつれて、他人に対して感謝の気持ちを持つようになった。感謝は人に対してだけでなく、物に対しても。

    I love this! 🌟 Gratitude really is magic. Once we start saying ‘thank you’—to people, to little daily things, even to life itself—we begin to notice joy everywhere. Have you felt that too, like appreciation attracts more reasons to be grateful?

      Yes. I used to be very stubborn and selfish. So I often had trouble with people when I was young. I hurt people, and people hurt me.

      Little by little, my way of thinking changed. Once I started appreciating the small things every day, I began to feel happiness. I believe that if I’m happy, I can make others happy too.

    Drinking a protein shake in the morning. 🤣 Sounds like nothing but, the older i get the more it matters! 🤷🏾‍♀️

      Yes! Drinking a protein shake is good for health. Sometimes I drink and take a supplement. 😊
