Tell us about your first day at something — school, work, as a parent, etc.

Before my third birthday, I took the entrance exam for a national kindergarten. The entrance exam was competitive. The school was affiliated with a good university. In middle school, I had many classmates I had known since kindergarten and elementary school.

In elementary school, I was introverted. I liked reading books and writing in my diary. After entering middle school, I started actively making friends.

I went to a private high school. I wanted to change my environment.

I got my first part-time job at 16. I was a crew member at McDonald’s. I started working because my friend was already working there. I was nervous when I took my first customer order. I still remember how long French fries cook.

I usually get nervous on the first day of anything. But the first date with my husband was not nervous at all.

In 2013, I became a mom. I decided on a natural birth, so contractions were painful. I really wanted to escape from pain.

I didn’t want to give birth again. But I forgot that pain. After my first birth, I gave birth three more times.

Every day is a new beginning.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

A simple yet beautiful text that explores life with naturalness and honesty. Through small, everyday memories, a story of growth, courage, and love unfolds, particularly in the experience of motherhood.

    Best regards.

This is a beautifully honest and gently powerful life reflection. You’ve captured growth, change, fear, courage, and love in such a simple, flowing way that it feels deeply relatable. The way everyday milestones—school, work, motherhood—are woven together makes the piece feel intimate and real. The closing lines are especially strong, leaving the reader with a quiet sense of hope and renewal. A truly touching and meaningful share.

This reads like a quiet timeline of courage honestly. First days, nerves, small choices that slowly add up to a whole life. I smiled at the McDonald’s fries detail and the contrast with not being nervous on your first date. And the way pain fades but life keeps expanding… that part felt very true. Simple, honest, and very human.
