I have shared information about Cuban restaurants. “La Carreta” is also a popular Cuban restaurant in South Florida. I think this is the restaurant where I first ate Cuban food in Florida. At the time, I didn’t know anything about Cuban foods.
My favorite is a Spanish omelette made with eggs, potatoes, and onion.
