Yesterday, I went to the fondue restaurant with my family. It was my first time eating fondue in the US. The restaurant “Melting Pot” has over 90 locations in the US and Canada.

We chose the course menu. The appetizer was cheese fondue with veggies and bread. I was already full. The next was salad. The entrée was red wine-based boiled shrimp and tuna. The last was dessert. I took home the leftover food. For me, the fondue was too fancy.

I liked the restaurant. Do you like fondue?

Si, but in winter, Alicante was colder than South Florida. I don’t remember well…20 years ago, before moving to the US.

We used to have one of those here in New Orleans and I liked it. No idea why it closed down. It was pretty popular.
