You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?

The opening sentence: I am happy to write about myself. I was born and grew up in a traditional Japanese family…

The book title: My Life as a Daughter, Wife, and Mother

Well, this title is already taken. I am blogging. And I often write about myself.

A long time ago, I introduced a Japanese book, だから、あなたも生きぬいて (So Can You).

The author is a lawyer and mother. She was bullied in middle school and became a yakuza (mafia) wife at 16. After divorcing, she worked as a hostess at a nightclub. To change her life, she started studying again.

I read her autobiography when I was a high school student. Everyone has a story. When I write my autobiography, I will share a true story.

Last, I want to share her message.

“No matter the situation, if you think positively, you will lead to positive outcomes.”
