The most important invention is glasses. I started wearing glasses at age 12. I also used contact lenses when I was younger.
Lately, I often wear glasses because I can’t read small print. I considered LASIK surgery, but I have dry eyes and astigmatism.
Glasses are expensive. I need special lenses that cost about $200. The lenses are too thick, so I pay extra to make them thinner.
Without glasses or contact lenses, everything looks blurry. When I wake up, the first thing I do is look for my glasses.

I can relate to your post. Thanks for sharing about the invention of glasses, life is indeed gloomy if you forget them anywhere, therefore my Doctor suggested to always keep two sets of glasses. You never know about life he said, if one set is damaged due to any reason, you should have a backup set and that i found actually true.
